Howmet Aerospace is currently looking a Foundry Worker to join our Dover Casting group in Dover, New Jersey. The work hours for this Midnight Shift are Sunday Night - Thursday Night 10:00P - 6:30A. Training is Day Shift, Monday - Friday 6:00a - 2:30p
New Hire Starting Hourly Rate: $24.15; After 12 Months: $26.77
This position will receive an hourly "shift premium" while assigned to an off-shift.

JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for Deplating, Dewaxing and Inspection / Wrapping molds for Casting in the Equiax and DS Foundry.
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH & SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES
Expected to assist in the implementation of Arconic's EHS value and policy statement and its accompanying principles.
Comply with all department, facility, Corporate and Regulatory EH&S regulations.
Wear all required personal protective equipment.
Report all job-related illness and injuries. (Per employee handbook).
Report all Safety, Health & Environmental concerns to your supervisor in a timely manner.
Attend all EH&S training.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS in the Equiax / DS Foundry
Removes molds from the output dry tunnels, removes hardware from molds and records mold weights
Loads and unloads autoclave & continuous Dewax oven.
In the Equiax Foundry perform the Core Reclaim operation when needed.
Perform mold wash / inspection/ mold wrap and boroscope operation.
Operates attendant equipment.
Transports materials and molds as required.
Maintains a clean and safe working area.
Cleans and prepares hardware for wax assembly.
Will perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date records or molds processed
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/EQUIPMENT USED
Requires occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds
