Aquatic Center Supervisor (Personal Services)

Under the Aquatic Assistant Managers direction, the Aquatic Center Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff and the public at the Aquatic Center.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Scheduling StaffMonitoring and Approving staff timesheetsSupervising staff in all areas (concessions, admissions, guards, attendants)Work with staff and the public to resolve problemsDiscipling staff and/or the public (suspension)Watching for unsafe behaviorMonitoring the weather and assisting with weather delays or closings
