Enterprise Products Partners L.P. is one of the largest publicly traded partnerships and a leading North American provider of midstream energy services to producers and consumers of natural gas, NGLs, crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals. Our services include: natural gas gathering, treating, processing, transportation and storage; NGL transportation, fractionation, storage and import and export terminals; crude oil gathering, transportation, storage and terminals; petrochemical and refined products transportation, storage and terminals; and a marine transportation business that operates primarily on the United States inland and Intracoastal Waterway systems. The partnership's assets include approximately 50,000 miles of pipelines; 260 million barrels of storage capacity for NGLs, crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals; and 14 billion cubic feet of natural gas storage capacity. The Maintenance Coordinator for the Pipeline Industry will report to the Area Manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop job scopes, job plans, cost estimates, timelines and assessments for maintenance and capital projects.
Assist Engineering with pre-planning phase of capital projects.
Approves contractors for maintenance functions and identifies contractors for specific tasks.
Identifies, plans, coordinates, and implements planned and unplanned maintenance projects.
Responding to and completing emergency repairs safely with appropriate materials and contract personnel and equipment.
Planning and execution of project assistance needed for new construction, rehab activities, optimization, and expansion projects.
Manage project scope and accurately track and report project costs and schedule to ensure that projects meet the approved budget and schedule
Prepare requests for proposal, prepare bid packages, review bids, conduct contractor selection process, and make recommendation for award of contract.
Orders and maintains materials for emergency stock, and sources project materials as required.
Responsible for the collecting, organizing, and properly filing all regulatory required project-related construction records including inspection reports, coating reports, hydrostatic test reports, and welding records.
Maintain an up to date working knowledge of regulations, industry standards, safety and environmental requirements, and other applicable standards and technologies.
The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong project management, planning, organizational and leadership skills.
Strong communications (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to organize and document status reports.
Ability to interface effectively with regulatory agencies, company contacts, customers and employees.
Strong computer skills and proficient in MS Office applications and in other menu driven programs used by the company.
Understand budgeting and financial processes.
Strong problem solving skills.
Capability to provide technical guidance needed to perform tasks and maintain compliance with all company, state, and federal guidelines.
Capability to resolve operational problems and be able to work with location personnel to resolve the problem.
Knowledge of various laws governing pipelines and processing facilities including but not limited to OSHA, DOT, EPA, etc. pertaining to area of responsibility.
Must have ability to work in and effectively lead in a team environment.
Must possess valid driver's license.
Demonstrate self-management capabilities and accountable for assigned maintenance responsibilities.
