Position Summary
The IBP&E Process Improvement Senior Manager for the Integrated Business Planning & Execution (IBP&E) team is responsible for developing and leading initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, enriches the IBP&E culture of continuous improvement thru the application of structure, and drives team capabilities to implement strategic and operational visions. Reporting to the Director, IBP&E Enablement, this role ensures streamlined processes, standardized tools, and end-to-end value creation through effective execution of IBP&E continuous improvement (CI) strategies and transformation.
This position is critical in developing strategies for successful implementation of IBP&E continuous improvement initiatives and implementing changes in collaboration with the team and participating governance partners that lead to better performance, reduce costs and deliver high quality outcomes. This role will require an individual that is comfortable implementing process structure across not only the IBP&E team, but the other governance partners, ranging from individual contributors up to the Beer Leadership Team (BLT) members.
Key Responsibilities:
Optimized Processes to Unlock E2E Value: Lead and execute key CI projects across IBP&E and associated stakeholders, focusing on driving measurable value and efficiencies. Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, improve cross-functional collaboration, and eliminate waste, unlocking value across the end-to-end process.
Process Governance and Compliance: Identify, develop and implement a standardized tool to capture IBP&E operating model, inclusive of all critical policy and process decisions and decision makers. Ensure all process overviews are accurately maintained in Signavio in partnership with Information Data Solutions (IDS). Collaborate with IDS to align documentation standards with audit and compliance requirements, ensuring all records are up to date and accessible. Monitor process governance practices to ensure accountability and adherence to established standards.
Standardized Tools & Templates: Develop and implement a suite of standardized tools and reporting templates to track CI progress and measure process maturity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tools align with broader organizational objectives and are consistently adopted.
Strategic and Operational Vision Alignment: Establish connections between CI initiatives and other divisional priorities to ensure adequate support, ROI, and adoption. Partner with leadership to assess the impact of CI projects, prioritize resources, and deliver sustainable outcomes.
Change Management: Create and lead change acceleration plans and programs for IBP&E continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing CBI Change Management team for change management best practices.
Continuous Improvement Program Development: Design and roll out a comprehensive CI training strategy for IBP&E, equipping team members with the skills and mindset to drive continuous improvement and ensuring connectivity across the IBP&E team, as well as any governance process partners. Facilitate coaching for CI project business owners, track progress and savings, and reinforce sustainability through reinforcement tactics.
Continuous Improvement Culture: Foster a culture of process discipline and improvement, equipping teams with the knowledge and tools to sustain standardization efforts. Facilitate training and coaching for IBP&E team members to enhance their understanding and application of standardized practices. Promote adoption and reinforcement of standardized processes through communication, support, and engagement.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a strategic partner to other departments, providing thought leadership, coaching, and support for CI initiatives. Influence and engage cross-functional teams and Beer Leadership to foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
Role Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
12+ years of experience in Integrated Business Planning and/or Supply Chain and 5+ years continuous improvement, business process optimization, or related fields, with demonstrated success in driving transformation initiatives.
Proven expertise in CI methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and process optimization strategies.
Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and delivering measurable results in a matrixed organization.
Familiarity with tools such as Operating Model tools, Signavio, CI tracking platforms, and data visualization/reporting tools.

Supply ChainThe salary range for this role is:
$127,500.00 - $203,600.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
