Provider Relations Advocate (Personal Services)

Job Summary:
Under general supervision, the Provider Advocate (also known as the ‘Provider Relations Advocate') is responsible for the provider relationships and engagement, operational interactions, support on the use of technical applications, performance trending, and overall customer service to the Leidos QTC Health Services provider
network in their assigned region. PRA responsibilities include the identification and root cause analysis of trending issues across the provider network, as well as the implementation of strategic processes and systematic enhancements to improve the overall provider experience. This team works closely with the Utilization
Management team to monitor and manage the provider network, identify gaps in network coverage, and ensure providers understand quality, timeliness, and customer service expectations.

• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (regionally or nationally), may include evening/weekends
• Good customer service, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills are critical to this role Demonstrated ability to work independently with tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Effective time management and sense of urgency
• Solid critical thinking skills with problem solving expertise
• Ability to maneuver, adapt, and address unique circumstances of assigned provider region

Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Pay and Benefits:
Salary Range: : $58,000 - $71,000 + up to 7% bonus eligibility
