ORGANIZATIONAL SUMMARY:
The Department of Plastic Surgery comprised of highly skilled surgeons, clinical and administrative support staff. In conjunction with other specialties at USF Health and our affiliated hospitals, the department strives to provide the best possible service and care for patients in the Tampa Bay area.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Chair of Plastic Surgery by managing his calendar, preparing expense reimbursement statements, making travel arrangements and providing overall administrative support. In addition, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the department's website and social media platforms, and provide support for other miscellaneous initiatives sponsored by the Chair's office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides overall administrative support to the Chair. Duties will include calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, and other
miscellaneous needs of the Chair.
Manages the department's website (including Kyrrus Provider profiles) and social media platforms.
Provides administrative support to the Department Administrator, Chief Cultural Officer, Manager of Fiscal and Business Administrator and Clinical Nurse Manager including calendaring as needed and expense reimbursement.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
MINIMUM:
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with six years of experience in office or administrative positions. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
PREFERRED:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience is preferred.
