Confections Associate/Hiring for 2nd shift: Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm About This Job Summary Choice Labs, LLC is a rapidly growing medical and recreational cannabis processing center specializing in top-quality cannabis extracts with a solid focus on manufacturing a broad range of high-quality products within our brand and across multiple brand lines. Job Responsibilities: Maintain a positive attitude throughout the day.Working with a team to achieve department goals.Follow all procedures and maintain strict compliance with all local and state regulations while completing job functions.Adhere to Health & Hygiene Policy, SOPs, and CRA rules for safety and compliance. Set up, run and adjust production equipment (calibration, cleaning etc.).Follow recipes and formulations during production.Move 50-pound bags of ingredients, 25-30 pound food bins and 15-25 pound boxes of finished goods.Perform regular quality checks and complete necessary paperwork.Maintain a clean and orderly area by following cleaning procedures.Cross train in other departments or tasks, such as production, packaging, labeling, and sorting.Obtain ServSafe Certification upon hire. Required Skills & Abilities: Must be 21 or over (required by law).Must pass a background check.Must comply with all legal regulations for working in the cannabis industry.Ability to work independently and as a team member.Demonstrated Teamwork skills; ability to cooperate and collaborate to achieve shared goals and objectives.Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate professionally and effectively to everyone you encounter.Superior attention to detail.Excellent attendance record. Education and Experience: High School diploma or GED.
