Detailed Description
Job Duties:
- Support the Events Specialist in planning and executing the company wide employee picnic (8/19/2023) and other employee engagement events.
- Organize and sort inventory.
- Identify creative ideas that align with theme and concept (food, décor and activities).
- Identify and reach out to vendors, shop and source items.
- Assist with internal and external communications, formal master task planner and work with committee(s) and other departments across the company.
- Identify and support employee engagement opportunities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Skills
- Must be available to support picnic week especially; attend the picnic (8/9/2025) and set up on 8/8/2025 – 8/9/2025.
