Residential Services Supervisor OVERNIGHT Shift (Personal Services)
GENERAL FUNCTION: Provides for the protection, physical safety, and well-being of children ages 12-17 years, including nonminor dependents and their children in a residential treatment setting. Supervises group and/or individual planned activities according to a daily schedule and provides guidance and direction to staff to ensure the safety and care of all residents. May serve as facility manager based on qualifications. May serve as the designated substitute when the Administrator is absent.
Experience in residential treatment setting and/or STRTP facility, with youth required, six months experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in the Human Science field preferred. Experience working with disabled or medically fragile clients preferred.
Must be able to be associated with Casa de Amparo through Community Care Licensing (CCL), which typically includes clearance by FBI, DOJ and CACI.
