Role reports to: Sr Manager External Intelligence
Location: Summit, NJ; Kenvue is currently in the process of moving its Global Headquarters from Skillman, NJ to Summit, NJ. This role is based in Summit, NJ but there may be a period of time during the transition that you must report to Skillman, NJ.
Travel Requirement : 10%
Pay: $ 92k - 149,500
What you will do
We are seeking an experienced Analyst with strong project management skills to provide critical support to Performance Management Squad in Kenvue.. This team is responsible for delivering strategic analytics projects and external performance reporting to Senior Leadership and the Board. In this role, you'll assist with cross-functional project planning, organization, and communication, ensuring efficient execution of tasks and helping maintain project timelines. A successful candidate will also have a combination of both subject matter expertise in understanding consumption, market data and Financials as well as strong communication / influencing skills to influence global brand and strategy teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify key insights through superior analytics and communication skills to influence the business to optimize investment and drive growth.
- Leverage best in class analytical approaches -
- Project Support: Serve as the single point of contact to support the Global Performance Management Squad planning, scheduling, and tracking analytics projects, ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
- Resource Coordination: Help coordinate project resources by managing schedules, tracking resource utilization, and identifying potential bottlenecks.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and progress reports. Generate regular status updates and assist with project reports.
- Communication Facilitation: Serve as a communication liaison between cross-functional stakeholders and the project team, ensuring clarity and alignment regarding project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Optimize performance reporting and process improvements, including investor relations, and external presentations, to meet evolving business needs and drive adoption through process, training and support
- Build strong relationships with global strategy, Brand development, regional and local teams.
What we are looking for
Experience and Skills:
- Degree in marketing, finance, sciences or economics is preferred
- 5 years of FMCG or similar experience is desired alongside strong understanding of typical FMCG data sources - NiQ, Euromonitor, Economic indicators
- Be a crucial partner with proven track record of providing insights to influence leadership teams
- Must be highly analytical, experience in analytics is a must
- Desire and ability to understand the wider business to appreciate how your work impacts the bigger picture
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet) and data analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Advanced Excel skills are a plus.
- Project Management & Organization Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience of working in a matrix organisation or evidence of strong skills in managing and influencing a complex network of stakeholders across the business
- Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset, multi-tasking and the aptitude to prioritize tasks is required
- Attention to detail is a must, comfortable with making relevant logic assumptions to proxy data when needed as well as identify outliers in data that need validating
- Passion for analytics and technology, i.e. well in touch with the latest trends in this field
- Experience with data visualisation or BI tools, such as Tableau, Power Bi, etc.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective coordination between project stakeholders.
- Collaborative Approach: Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and build relationships to ensure project success.
