As a D365 CRM Functional Consultant, you utilize your in-depth Business Analysis skills and industry knowledge to design Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Field Service and Power Platform based solutions to solve complex business problems. You will be primarily focused on leveraging your experience to design and implement Dynamics 365 CE, Field Service and Power Platform solutions on complex projects in medium to large enterprises.
Required
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
8+ years of overall IT experience with minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365
Key Role Responsibilities:
Contribute across all phases of Company's projects (e.g. Plan, Analyze, Design, Build and Test) for Field Service module
Configure field service applications
Manage work orders
Schedule and dispatch work orders
Manage the Dynamics 365 Field Service mobile app
Manage inventory and purchasing
Manage Connected Field Service and customer assets
Implement Microsoft Power Platform
Manage customer experiences
Leverage your Business Analysis and Industry expertise to conduct Business Process Analysis, capture Business Requirements, Design and Implement CRM solutions
Liaise effectively between customers, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high quality and timely resolution of customer issues
Research customer issues that may be non-standard in order to offer solutions
Design and Configure Dynamics 365 CE / Field Service Solutions
Partner with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction and solution delivery
FRD, Requirement Gathering, proposals, demonstrations, User Training.
Prepare and present demonstrations for Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution capabilities to the client
Presales activities. Interact with prospects/clients to understand the business requirements, efforts and estimations.
Assist the sales and presales teams to prepare proposals, participate on client presentations and support business development and sales of professional services, when necessary.
Consulting experience working with external clients.
Work under general guidance and direction, but fully independent in own work with latitude for autonomous decision-making related to work process.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
