Senior Consultant- Talent and Performance Management (Finance)
Reporting to our Director of Talent Management, you will be an integral leader within our Talent Management CoE. This role will form strong consulting partnerships senior business and HR leaders to understand the business strategy and translate it into enabling talent planning strategies. The position will enhance our organization's approach to goal setting, development plans, performance reviews, and talent planning. It is a pivotal role in ensuring that our employees are motivated, developed, and aligned with our strategic goals. Additionally, this position will focus on life cycle listening and measurement, strategic workforce planning, and overall management of the talent lifecycle.
This role is located at our Arden Hills, MN Corporate Headquarters (hybrid work arrangement each week)
