Sales Director (Sales)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Lead and coach a team of Territory Sales Managers meet and exceed Curio Wellnesss sales goals and objectivesOversee all functions of the sales lifecycle including sales forecasting, direct relationship management and development, negotiation of buying agreements and lead conversion, deal evaluations and approvalsAssess individual and team performance, provide coaching, and connect specific assignments or experiences to build capabilitiesFoster external relationships with MSOs to gain alignment and advocacy for sales development, category management programs, and marketing executionsDevelop annual and quarterly revenue plans, prepare monthly sales reports by product and channel to evaluate brand and product performance and develop annual and quarterly sales plansEnsure stores have proper inventory levels through sales tools, smart communication and in-store visitsUnderstand and provide insights on sales drivers and recommend new opportunities to drive incremental growthPartner with Finance and Operations on the following activities: forecasting activities, developing revenue targets, budgeting and developing sales operations processes and compensation plansMonitor the market to observe emerging trends and competitionWork with Marketing team to develop advertising strategy and promotional activities.Promote the mission, vision and values of the company to all team members, consistently.Perform administrative duties including reading and writing and answering emails, texts and calls in a timely and professional mannerOperates with a high level of professionalism and integrity, including dealing with confidential informationMust understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of Curio Wellness
