About the Role
We are looking for several new team members to join our inbound Customer Care Servicing Call Center. This will be a great fit for experienced call center representatives that are passionate about helping others, work well on a team, and match our values of love, respect, trust, a commitment to excellence, and fun. We have a strong training program to set you up for success from the very beginning of your career at Third Federal.
This position is fully onsite at our Corporate Campus location (7007 Broadway Ave, Cleveland, Ohio 44105). Our standard hours are Monday through Friday 8:20am – 5:00pm, with a rotating Saturday once or twice a month from 8:20am – 1:30pm. When you work a Saturday, you will get a day off during the week and work until 6:00pm the Friday before to balance out your hours. We place a high priority on work-life balance!
