Open Rank/Open Specialty Clinical Faculty – Associate Dean for Medical Education (Finance)
Reporting to the Senior Associate Dean for Education, this key leadership role is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the four-year MD program curriculum, collaborating with deans, chairs, departments, faculty, clinical affiliates and other external stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of all education components for students, leading initiatives to foster innovative and effective learning experiences, overseeing the office of medical education and its staff, including the college's Center for Clinical Arts, Skills, and Experiential Learning (CCASEL), ensuring compliance with accreditation requirements, and fostering a positive and effective learning environment.
