Ka La'i Waikiki Beach spans 38 stories with residential-style suites, designed for comfort and convenience, including fully-equipped kitchens, wellness facilities designed for relaxation, an infinity pool and heated whirlpool. Our guests feel at home with thoughtful service, and tranquil spaces inspired by nature. Quiet moments fill the spa, a peaceful place inspired by Hawaii's landscape.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Human Resources in the same or similar role required.
A Director of Human Resources is responsible for directing and administering the Human Resources function in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

The salary range for this role is between $115,000 - $120,000 depending on experience.
