General Manager (Project Management)
Lead the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring efficiency, safety, and a high standard of service.
Manage and develop customer relationships to build loyalty and drive new business opportunities.
Oversee sales, marketing, inventory, and logistics operations to ensure smooth workflow and profitability.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the building materials or construction industry.
Proven leadership and management skills with experience in managing teams and driving operational success.
Strong understanding of the lumber and building materials industry, including trends, products, and customer needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong customer and employee relationships.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to problem-solve effectively and efficiently.
Experience in sales, marketing, and business development within the industry.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on detail and quality.
