Position: Full Time and Part Time Available
Pay: Starting between $60 - $70/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Create individualized treatment plans to meet the needs and goals of each patient
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient progress reports

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of California
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility is preferred but not required
