Supplier Food Safety and Quality Manager (Information Technology)
The Supplier Food Safety and Quality Manager is responsible for managing and enhancing the food safety and quality performance of suppliers. This role ensures compliance with both internal and external standards, conducts audits, facilitates the onboarding of new suppliers, and collaborates with suppliers and internal business partners to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement in food safety and quality.
This position will be located in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Onboarding New Suppliers
Cross-Functional Participation and Training
Together with the leadership team, ensures compliance with Food Safety and Food Quality Plans, in addition to customer requirements. Interprets and communicates customer requirements to plant production and/or support groups. Establishes and Audits PCPs, CCPs and Standard Operating Procedures to define and monitor processes, to ensure customer requirements are met. Reviews incidents during which the procedures are not met and determines appropriate corrective action for partners failing to follow standard procedures.
