Business/Systems Analyst (Finance)
Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC Or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
A Business Analyst, Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
