Sr. Business Systems Analyst - Remote (Finance)
Are you passionate about using technology to support life-saving innovations? Vitalant is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to play a critical role in advancing our biotherapies applications, which directly support our mission of saving and improving lives.
In this role, you will provide both functional business and technical support for biotherapies systems, acting as an internal consultant to resolve complex issues and improve processes. You'll support the configuration, design, testing, and implementation of new systems or upgrades, and offer strategic recommendations to enhance vendor strategy, application usage, and overall process efficiency.

This position can be located remotely anywhere in the United States.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Requirements
Knowledge/ Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Knowledge of automated applications systems, system development life cycle, and project management principles required.
Knowledge of applicable business application(s) required.
Experience
Five years of specific business applications experience required. To include:
• Five years progressively responsible experience in Business Systems Consulting, Information Technology, Project Lead, or equivalent.
• Experience with system implementations, upgrades, ERP implementations, application configuration, systems analysis, requirements definition, unit/functional/system integration testing, and production support.
Skills/Abilities
Must possess the skills and abilities to successfully perform all assigned duties and responsibilities.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Able to organize, prioritize, and execute a variable workload and multiple priorities.
Must have good customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and participate as an active team member.
Must have analytical, statistical, personal organization, and problem solving skills.
