High Associates Ltd. is currently searching for a Commercial Asset Manager for our Rossmoyne office in Mechanicsburg, PA and our Highlands office in Coatsville, PA.
The Commercial Asset Manager is responsible for financial success of assigned commercial assets (office, industrial and retail) by controlling costs and budgets, maintaining excellent tenant relations and maximizing the potential of each property through quality control and operations management.
