AV Service Delivery Architect (Maintenance)
POSITION SUMMARY:
As post sales A/V Service Delivery Architect within the Aspire team, you will take the lead in the design and deployment of advanced audio/visual systems. Your responsibilities will encompass everything from video conferencing and sound systems to display technologies, ensuring these systems are seamlessly integrated into the existing IT infrastructure. You will play a critical role in post-sales service, contributing to a superior customer experience by aligning project execution with organizational objectives. Leveraging cost-effective solutions, you will support the broader infrastructure goals of Aspire Technology Partners. Below are the Core Responsibilities but will work on other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- MAY INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED.
Core Responsibilities:
A/V System Design & Maintenance:Develop and implement audio/visual systems tailored to both internal and external client environments, including video conferencing setups, sound systems, display technologies like projectors and LED walls, and control systems (e.g., Crestron, AMX).Ensure effective cable management, connectivity, and integration with existing IT networks and servers.Coordinate with clients and specialized teams to ensure the successful deployment of A/V solutions.
Technical Troubleshooting & Solutions:Identify and resolve issues with A/V systems, ensuring they perform optimally and meet customer expectations.Apply industry standards and best practices in system integration and performance management.
Documentation & Support:Create detailed documentation for both new and existing A/V setups, including system diagrams, user manuals, and maintenance guides.Provide hands-on support during the installation, configuration, and decommissioning of A/V systems, ensuring all components are correctly installed and fully operational.
Project Management & Client Interaction:Collaborate with internal teams and clients to meet project deadlines, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.top-tier customer service during and after the implementation process, ensuring a smooth post-sales experience.
Technology Recommendations & Client Consultation:Advise clients on A/V technology upgrades or changes, tailoring solutions to their evolving needs.Lead or participate in client design sessions, addressing factors like room acoustics, lighting, display placement, and user interface design.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement:Monitor and update performance tracking tools to ensure all A/V systems operate at peak efficiency.Stay informed about the latest trends and updates in the A/V industry, ensuring the company remains a leader in innovative solutions.
Minimum Education and Experience:
At least 10 years designing and implementing AV Solutions.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Greater than 10 Years designing and implementing AV Solutions
Bachelors degree or higher

Qualifications:
Relevant certifications to area of expertise are preferred.Proven experience in system design, implementation, and maintenance, with strong knowledge of system integration, network architecture, and hardware/software components. Advanced troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver complex projects on time and within budget, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Experience in providing post-sales support and maintaining strong client relationships.Ability to advise clients on technology solutions, with experience leading design sessions and developing strategies that enhance system performance.Commitment to staying current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, with the ability to adapt to evolving client needs.Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.Critical thinking and innovative problem-solving abilities, with strong analytical skills to assess system performance and recommend improvements.
TRAVEL: Travel to/from client locations will be required. This may involve local tri-state area or occasional overnight accommodations.
