JOB SUMMARY:
Works independently under general supervision to process castings and prepare them for interpretation through radiographic film and digital radiography.
X-Ray Processor may not move for two (2) years, unless movement is a promotion within the department.

1. Physical Demands:

Employee is required to execute the following:
• Lifting floor-to-waist and carrying items with two hands.
• Pushing, pulling and twisting when retrieving and moving various items.
• Carrying with one hand.
• Gripping, Pinching.
• Handles parts, fixtures etc.
• Be able to squat, bend and reach near, far and overhead.
• Be able to finger press, use a keyboard, mouse and tolerate some hand/arm vibration.
• Light lifting > 5 lbs.
• Must pass Jaeger 1 vision test annually for depth perception when setting mold position.
• Work requires constant concentration and alertness when inspecting castings.
• Work requires moderate physical effort including constant standing and lifting.
